Dr. Sherylad Salvador Pacalso
Former Dean of the College of Physical Therapy at Pines City Colleges
Dr. Sherylad Salvador Pacalso is a licensed physiotherapist and educator from the Philippines with extensive experience in academia and healthcare. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education majoring in Educational Management at Benguet State University as a full-time CHED SIKAP Scholar. Dr. Pacalso has served as Dean of the College of Physical Therapy at Pines City Colleges and as faculty at the University of Baguio and Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation. Her research and publications focus on educational policy implementation and public health, and she has presented at international academic conferences including Future Education 2025 in Bali.

Dr Nontethelelo Tshivhase
Dr Nontethelelo Tshivhase is an academic and researcher and holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Economic and Management Sciences with Business Administration. Her scholarly interests cover a wide range of emerging and socially relevant fields, including environmental awareness and education, ecosystems, waste management, renewable energy generation and consumption, water saving technologies, climate change and environmental sustainability. She also works in areas linked to strategic management, digital transformation, sustainable entrepreneurship and leadership. Dr Tshivhase’s work highlights the connection between organizational performance, environmental responsibility and social impact, and she continues to contribute to research that promotes forward looking policy and management practices. She is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Accounting, Economics & Finance at the University of Fort Hare in East London, South Africa, where she teaches Financial Accounting II.

Dr. Adedayo Olayinka Theodorio is a scholar and researcher at the Global Institute for Teacher Education and Society, Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Cape Town, South Africa. He holds a PhD in Education from Rhodes University, Makhanda, South Africa. His research interests include technology integration in higher and teacher education, with a particular emphasis on the application of technology and artificial intelligence in teaching and learning, mental and academic wellness, and inclusive teaching practices. Dr Theodorio has published in both international and local journals and has presented his research at various conferences. He was recently nominated for and attended the UNESCO China-Africa STEM Accelerated Programme at Shanghai Normal University, Shanghai, China. Through his academic and professional activities, Theodorio advances the integration of technology to foster innovation in educational and national development.
